Ticket Return Policy

In accordance with the regulations described in the document “Ticket and Season Ticket Sales Regulations”, the following rules apply to ticket returns:

  1. 1.Paper tickets (on registered security forms)
    1. 1.1.Return period
      Not later than 2 hours before the beginning of the game
    2. 1.2.Where to return your ticket and the required documents
      1. 1.2.1.Client Support Office “Zenit” on Dobrolyubova prospect, 16, build. 2a; opening hours: from 10am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday. In order to return your ticket please provide:
        • the ticket return form (filled out at the office);
        • your passport;
        • the ticket (the paper form);
        • the receipt from the ticket office;
        • the bank card that the ticket has been purchased with;
        • the receipt confirming the bank transaction.
    3. 1.3.Refund
      • if the ticket has been paid for in cash, the money will be returned to you in cash at the office;
      • if the ticket has been purchased by card, the refund request will be processed in 3 to 10 days.
  2. 2.E-ticket.
    1. 2.1.Return period.
      Not later than 2 hours before the beginning of the game
    2. 2.2.Where to return your ticket and the required documents
      1. 2.2.1.Client Support Office “Zenit” on Dobrolyubova prospect, 16, build. 2a; opening hours: from 10am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday. In order to return your ticket please provide:
        • the ticket return form (filled out at the office);
        • your passport;
        • a printed ticket form;
        • • your bank card number or the number of the Yandex.Money account that has been used to purchase the ticket.
      2. 2.2.2.Online returns. In order to return your e-ticket online please send the following documents to ticket@fc-zenit.ru:
        • a scanned copy of a filled return form. A return form blank will be sent to you after you have submitted a request to ticket@fc-zenit.ru and is to be filled out by the customer, signed and scanned;
        • a scan of the first page of the customer's passport;
        • a pdf ticket form.
    3. 2.3.Refund.
      • only the person who have paid for the tickets and who is listed in the payment forms can receive refunds (and only to the card/Yandex.Money account used to pay for the ticket) in 3 to 10 days;
      • the card number or the number of the Yandex.Money account that has been used to buy the ticket has to be in the return form.
